memorial day

 We hope everyone enjoyed a fantastic Memorial Day. The Marshes most certainly did! :) We spent the day outside with a certain little girl that adores the great outdoors.

We started with the water hose at Grandma's and then headed for the pool. An absolutely fantastic day!

I've mentioned that Lyda loves dogs. Therefore anytime we hear a belly laugh from this little one we know that Maggie or Molly (my in-laws' dog) is doing something that she finds irresistibly hilarious. One of those things is Maggie and that water hose. I'm not sure why but Maggie attacks water as if she is going to bite its head off. It is somewhat amusing but to Lyda this is the best thing since blueberries. She loves it so much that she's recently tried imitating our crazy dog. :)

Needless to say, she needs the swimsuit for the occasion. :)
